Every Golf Cart Manufacturer recommends an Annual Inspection to keep your Golf Cart or LSV Safe and Efficient for the following years' use.
Here are what most Manufacturers recommend be checked, cleaned, adjusted or inspected annually that we would look at during your Off-Season Service free of charge:
- Tires - pressure, condition
- Hardware and Fasteners - loose or missing
- Reverse Warning Indicator - operational
- General Vehicle Condition
- Batteries - state of charge, condition, loose or corroded terminals, hold down and hardware
- Brakes - aggressive stop test, hill hold test, smooth pedal operation, abnormal sounds and stopping distance
- Accelerator - smooth operation
- Wiring - loose connections, broken or missing insulation, corrosion, chafing, damaged
- Charger Receptacle - clean, operational, safety device
- Steering Assy - excessive play, loose or missing hardware, worn or bent components, dry knuckles, unusual tire wear, alignment
- Rear Axle - oil leakage, abnormal noise, loose or missing hardware, fluid level, orientation
- Suspension - Shocks / Struts leaking or worn, excessive play, worn bushings, loose or missing hardware, bent or damaged components
- Controller - Fault Code Review, loose or corroded connections, chafing motor cables
- Motor - corrosion, loose connections, broken or missing hardware, general condition
